This is a very unfortunate incident and in (Uttar pradesh) India - I'm sorry to say, there is no such thing is 'Law & Order' - if you got money, you get away with it and if not, pay the consequences of being poor! I'm an India, and I'm ashamed when I come across incidents of such!
